Rental Applications
Applying for a lease/rental can be overwhelming with lots forms and paperwork. We’ll complete the forms together, and I’ll help you with a list of all the things you’ll need to collect far in advance.
Choosing the right Neighbourhood
Finding the right neighbourhood means finding the balance between what matters to you and what you can afford. Sometimes staying 1-2 stops (10 mins) further from Downtown on the subway can save hundreds of dollars per month!
We’ll talk about what you care about, what your budget is, and find the community that fits both. At the end of the day the decision is yours, but I can give you all of the information you need to make it as easy a choice as possible.

Toronto's real estate market is constantly evolving. Whether it's a buyer's market, seller's market, or a balanced market, staying on top of industry trends is essential. You need a local guide to navigate these changes effectively. As an experienced realtor, I’ll help you achieve your goals in any market condition.

Most of my clients who are new to Canada come on a work permit or as a PR. When the time is right and you are ready, I will help you to make your first purchase!
